- Accounts are created via Discord OAuth. You are responsible for any activity under your account.

- Mods hosted on FSG Modding are the intellectual property of their respective authors.
- You may not redistribute, sell, or re-upload FSG Modding content without explicit written permission from the original author.
- Mods are provided as-is. FSG Modding makes no warranties regarding their fitness for any particular purpose.
4. User Conduct
- Ratings, reviews, and comments must be honest and respectful. Abuse, spam, or harassment will result in removal and account suspension.
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the site's operation.
5. Limitation of Liability
- FSG Modding and Sargent Interactive LLC are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site or any mods downloaded from it.
